samanthaj2016 @dink1979 Did you tell them the item was “not as described”, Not Priscilla, Not New Without Tags, Purse has been used. Send another until they respond. Normally they will confirm they received your email, they will reach out to the seller, then they will send you a return label to print out to return. Screenshot your messages from the seller of her saying “send it back” and send those to Poshmark again.
