The links were in the little white pouch, please make sure they didn’t fall out in the envelope. They were definitely in there. Other than that link explaining the second hand I honestly don’t know. I never wore it or even tried to set the time but I will say my Michele watch’s second hand doesn’t move either, I don’t know why.

ruger422 @brendaluxe I totally understand if you want to send it back if it is not to your liking. I don’t know much about it but that the links were in the little white pouch in a little clear zip lock baggie for jewelry. I’m sorry I can’t help with the functionality of the watch. Let me know if you want to send it back. I don’t know how that works since no one has ever returned anything so I’ll look into the process at your say so.

To open a case: Step 1: Go to the Account Tab Step 2: Select My Purchases Step 3: Select the order you purchased Step 4: Select Problems/Order Inquiry. After we verify your claim, we'll refund payment. If we don't hear from you by 3 days after your order is delivered, we'll assume everything is OK and release your payment to the seller. Once we release payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be available.

ruger422 @brendaluxe no problem. I’m gonna try to have it fixed as did t know it was broken or how much it was really worth til I looked it up for the instructions. Got it as a gift.
