samigracefisher hi samantha! i'm just checking in about the grey converse you purchased. i noticed through the tracking information that the item was "tendered to final delivery agent" over two weeks ago. i'm unfamiliar with what this means, but i also noticed that our transaction has not yet been completed. i was worried the package may not have reached you. just let me know if it has when you can, and hopefully everything is alright!!
