samham1022 @dtb122 I have a question! I have a costumer who is wanting to buy a pair of earrings but I don't know how to do cheaper shipping. She told me there was a 3.00 option for smaller items. I am unaware of this. Thanks!

dtb122 @samham1022 Hi Samantha. ☺️ Thanks for reaching out...I’ll try to fit it in one comment...Click on the double hangers at the top right of your closet. Takes you to your Dressing Room List...filter by bundles...and select a Dressing Room where the buyer has at least one listing added to their bundle. (your earring customer should have them there). In her Dressing Room, select the “Offer” icon next to “Offer Private Discount”.

dtb122 On the next screen, enter the price you wish to offer this buyer and select the shipping discount. ***You can only offer discounted shipping on the initial offer. Subsequent counter offers will cancel out the shipping discount. I hope this helps... let me know if you have any other questions. 💖💞💖
