I tried to fix it and made it worse 😩 I’m letting you know so you can cancel or work something out. The other jacket is in great shape. I’m so sorry

This is the address that printed out with the label. I’m still not sure how the dress got the same label unless it was a copy from the printer. Is this your locker?
