sammylnn @amywalker0316 Thank you! I get 99% of Christmas shopping done before Thanksgiving, Christmas cards in the post office the first week of December then bake and deliver baked goods to the neighbors and co-workers. My daughter's birthday is 9 days after Christmas.

sammylnn @kujijoy 8 &10 in pants and skirts, on top depending on the style medium and sometimes small. Shoe 7, 7.5, 6.5. Nothing low on the toe or without something around the back to keep my feet in the shoes. A little bit of a heel is okay since I can’t walk but I stand to transfer

sammylnn @kujijoy My goal is to get down to a 6 again by May, which, at my age and having developed osteoarthritis as one of my secondary conditions, will require a lot of work, but it will be good for me and thrill my doctor as long as I don’t overexert myself.

sammylnn @kujijoy I do like aqua jogging and swimming. I’m not a great swimmer but I enjoy it. I can also get down on the rowing machine and on the leg press with assistance. Glad I am an alumnus. I get a better monthly rate at the university than any other gym in the city.
