pcindy Hi! it looks like the usps was unable to deliver the robe due to insufficient address so they returned it back to sender it seems. Im not sure if you've been following the tracking progress and I'm not sure what happened with the shipping label Ive never had something like this happen before but at this stage of things I'm just going to contact my bank and resolve it with them.
