bruinsmama Hi! I bought the Tyme iron and wanted to let you know that my husband figured it out 😆 I didn’t realize there was an on button! I’m so embarrassed and apologies for the hasty error report to posh. I messaged them and asked them to cancel the return. I’m new to the product entirely and all the videos I watched on YouTube didn’t show the on button, so I had no idea!

sdredfield @bruinsmama whew I was so worried about it. I knew it worked right before I shipped it! I figured it had gotten damaged in shipping. They may not approve the cancel as I was reprimanded for selling electronic items. Who knew that you couldn’t based on the hundreds of other listings 🤷🏻‍♀️ ?Anyway if they don’t maybe we can work out something else.
