madsruth I blocked you because your claim is 30+ days AFTER the fact. It is an absurd claim and I know for a fact that what you claim is not possible. Period. The item I sent you was in fact as described and you already gave a 5 star rating. A month later they are falling apart?? Sorry, that just isn't true. I contacted Posh as soon as you made the first erroneous claim.

samanthah0901 @madsruth Fact, shoes were delivered 2/15 which is less than a month. Today was my first day wearing the shoes. They looked like they had never been worn which is why I placed the order. I simply reached out to you because I literally had them on for 2 hours when they started to fall apart which I why I contacted you. They looked like they were great shoes in great condition however the quality of the shoe is what is disappointing. Great customer service.

samanthah0901 @madsruth And you claim it’s not possible? I know for a fact these shoes were never worn before I put them on. There was zero marks on the bottom of the shoe which is why I purchased them. Just because you didn’t like the fact I had to tell you the shoes fell apart you get defensive. The sole of the shoe detached lady!! You didn’t make the shoe however I was simply telling you so you were aware. Focus on customer service if you continue to sell items.
