joneska679 I called the post office in chino. They said it should have went to the office in Whittier. They sent it out the next day back to sort it and resend to Whittier on the 27th. I was told that the holiday season is very backed up and it might not be sent yet but until 30 days is over it cannot be marked as lost. So we can only track it from here and wait to see.

joneska679 I tried my hardest to get more info but there was nothing they could do since they sent it back to be sent to Whittier. I am so sorry about this and I wish I could do something but the best we can do it wait and keep tracking the package.
