Hey! Thank you for your offer! I found a stain on the skirt that you made an offer on. I uploaded the picture, it blends into the fabric so it's barely noticeable, and would probably come out in dry cleaning. If you still want the skirt suit, I think your offer of $12 is fair considering the stain. Without the stain, the listing price of $39 would be fair.
