katerbug77 Hello the dress is a true size 14. The measurements lying flat are 21” from underarm to underarm. 18” at narrowest part of waist and hips 22-23. On the hanger the sides drape to the back os it looks narrow but it is not. It is a nicely made dress. Very unique.
