lvraiders2020 how do you like living in Knoxville? I'm seriously wanting to leave California!. i have always wanted to Visit Nashville but wondered about the living conditions. I've heard good things about Clarksville. have heard it is very close to Nashville. sorry to bug.. have a great evening.

theboxedfox @lvraiders2020 I've lived in AL, MS, FL, and NC. TN, by far, is my favorite. The mountains are right here, but a 6-hour drive or 1 hr direct flight can get you to amazing beaches. No state income tax is definitely a plus. Nashville is definitely up and coming, but prices are rising there regarding rent, living, etc. Clarksville, Cookeville, and Maryville are all smaller areas that are within driving distances to bigger cities. Definitely plan a trip to check out TN!
