julienay @samanthabushika This is what I found: If you receive an item that is not in the condition described in the listing. The return process starts with you submitting us photos of the problem areas by: Going to Accounts tab My Purchases , the order , Problems/Order Inquiry, Order Not as Described, reason for the return, Add images that depict the reason for the return and include a description of the return, Select Submit

julienay I still haven’t received any info from poshmark. But this is what I found about the label. “When we have proof that the item was misrepresented, we will send you a prepaid return label and have you ship the item back to the seller. Once the seller receives the item back, we will refund you the full amount you paid; this includes and shipping and taxes that were charged for the purchase.”

I made note of the cancelation under the item listing I believe. I'm sorry I just had a baby and purchased a house so I was unable to find it.
