jrkant I will go no further than accepting $50 for the white moissanite stone ring. I'm sorry but it was listed at $70 and I just put it on sale. I don't know how I would not charge you shipping because you didn't bundle it previously with the first ring. I have to earn at least a $40 profit on this white moissanite ring so cannot offer any less than $50. You could ask Poshmark how to bundle this second moissanite ring with the first so not to get charged for shipping twice.

jrkant @quachxsx The new rings I posted are new without tags--they're in perfect condition, they've never been worn. I checked them over before I posted the items last night but I'll check the stones again when I get home--it shouldn't be that long. I'll also double check the pictures to see if they are blurry--I thought I took decent pics but I'll double check when I get home. I could always take new/additional pics. Let me know what happens with the payment issues with Posh.

jrkant @quachxsx I also checked the three new rings I just posted. There are no loose stones and they are each in perfect condition. I looked over the pictures and I'm unsure what you mean from them being blurry. They appear clear to me although I could take a few more pics later. I don't know if it will make a difference because I'm using the same expensive camera to take these new pics as I did to take the previous pics of moissanite items I've posted earlier.

jrkant I received an email back from the Poshmark contact & support center and they said to release payment they needed to be contacted by you personally in order to resolve the issue. jrkant @quachxsx I actually just did a google search for their phone #. I don't think they have one, only that email form on the help and support page. I'll do another google search just in case I missed something.

jrkant @quachxsx I checked again, every google result states that poshmark doesn't have any contact numbers for Poshers. The only number that comes up is the Poshmark Headquarters number in Redwood City, CA: (650) 262-4771. I don't think that number is for poshmark support for poshers though. If that number doesn't help at all (they close at 5pm PST) just be sure to send them another email on the help and support page. Poshmark can be slow but usually they fix problems eventually.

Please make sure returns are shipped back within 2 business days of approval with the Poshmark provided label to ensure you are eligible for a refund...

jrkant I sent Poshmark ANOTHER email about getting a new shipping label for the second item that needs to be returned in order for you to just go ahead and order the damn thing again. The ring you want to keep cost $70, $55 of which I get to keep. If you want to try sending that $55 through p a y p a l at this point that's fine by me. I am so done dealing with the incompetent BS of posh at this point.

jrkant @quachxsx I've alreay emailed them a few times about providing a new shipping label and I've not received any response from them. I'll send another message but I personally would prefer to just use p a y p a l at this point. A check would be fine, too, although using p a y p a l is probably better. The amount is $55 for the ring you wish to keep. You could also try and print/use the Poshmark label initially provided by asking for a new shipping label might work.

jrkant If you want to send a check you'll have to cover the shipping costs although I presume sending a check priority mail will be less expensive than an actual package. It's up to you--again, I think using p a y p a l is more reliable (offers protections for the person sending $$$ as well as support for the recipiant). I'll go ahead and message Poshmark yet again about a new shipping label but I don't expect a response at this point. I think we need to make other arrangements to fix this problem.

jrkant @quachxsx They will not credit you back until I accept the return shipment I think. I can accept it when the ring you don't want to keep arrives--presumably if I accept this return shipment you'll get reimbursed for BOTH rings. You can go ahead and mail back the second ring ASAP if you want me to go ahead and relist it for purchase through Poshmark. Or we can figure out how I can get paid for the second ring you're keeping through check/p a y p a l if Poshmark won't help us resolve this matter.

jrkant The ring sold for $70, not $55. Just mail back the $50. You are not saving me a commission fee from Poshmark since the selling price was $70 in the first place, not $55. I would have earned $55 from the sale. I don't want to deal with Poshmark anymore over this issue so just mail the $50 check and provide a tracking number so I can be sure it is shipped. That will help me ensure I get paid properly since the corona virus has screwed up daily life at the moment. Thank you.

Just so u know both P a y p a l and E b a y also suspended live agents from answering their help lines due to corona. jrkant @quachxsx I've checked the USPS tracking number, the shipment should have arrived on Monday--it states it was left in my mailbox but no packages were left there... nor anywhere around my residence or the neighbors on either side. I've contacted USPS by phone and online regarding the missing package but was forced to just leave a message with USPS representatives at this point. They are investigating the missing package compliant, besides that I can only wait on them.

I've never had a package go missing with Poshmark before so hopefully I won't have a problem resolving this issue. I just wanted to let you know what's going on because the tracking number indicates the package was successfully delivere to my mailbox without issue. My mailbox is very small and narrow so I never get packages delivered to it but rather to my front porch.

I wanted to let you know that I'm currently waiting to hear back on that matter. I am keeping an eye out for the letter with the $50 check but haven't received anything yet. I'll check my neighbor's mail, too, since they sometimes get mine. The family moved out 2 months ago but sometimes my mail ends up there.

quachxsx @jrkant everything is being delayed due to this coronavirus pandemic. I personally had returned a few items too and nothing was received yet. It has been over a week now. I personally dropped the check at the postal office. Give it until the end of the week. We just need to be patient for now.

jrkant @quachxsx I'm not only aggravated with Poshmark at this point; I had two packages that were supposed to be delivered from Ebay around 2 1/2, nearly 3 weeks ago that were never delivered that USPS was supposed to investigate that I'm waiting to hear back on. I know things will eventually be resolved, the main problem is the fact you basically have to harrass organizations/compancies to make sure it happens. I know delays are to be expected, it's just difficult to know what's going on.
