1modern_prep @samanthagrif696 they’re pretty sturdy & keep their shape with the bottom insert in place..no folding. handheld you have more leeway to carry mor weight. as shoulder bag just don’t overload so it pulls at the side grommets.

1modern_prep @samanthagrif696 yes, that customer who says she got scammed is a case of a label mixup and she got the wrong item. I explained, apologized and offered to send another + add an accessory for her troubles or refund her money, but that we have to go through the posh process. needless to say, she is not happy and on a rampage. This happens here occasionally I’ve heard and all I can do is rectify it with posh.
