samantha_styre @moduncorked I just talked to Canada post and they said you have to file the claim. It says delivered to my post box but it was not delivered so the claim has to be filed by you to refund me.

moduncorked @samantha_styre let me contact poshmark because I think they deal with Canada post directly, not the seller or the buyer. Have you emailed poshmark customer service?

moduncorked @samantha_styre you need to contact poshmark according to the poshmark guidelines. Send customer service a message an ask them what to do in the case your package does not arrive. They will file a claim with Canada post is how I understand it.

reidtheroom Hey, your package appears to be stuck, I’m keeping my eye on the tracking, but unfortunately there’s nothing I can do about it for now. Poshmark will make us wait 2 weeks of no tracking before they decide on how to proceed. But there are delays within Canada post so hopefully it starts tracking again soon!
