I contacted Poshmark when I noticed the item arrived in Calgary but stopped tracking and they informed me it looked like it was lost in shipping so they refunded your account and said they would contact you. Did you not receive the funds back in your account? If you haven’t, customer service is really great and quick at responding back to questions. I’m so sorry the item never got to you! I’ve never had this happen before with an item.
