Thanks for reaching out, honestly it looks like you have more selling experience on posh than I do but just be careful of scammers, with Covid things have been getting really bad for sellers. I would beware of brand new accounts, scammers are creating them just to scam sellers and then erasing those accounts and creating new ones. vickiecriner Hi Samantha Just wanted for you to know that the reason I did not mention any scratches on the Frank backpack was because I didn't see any. That backpack was never used. I however didn't say it was new because it was in my possession. I made a huge sacrifice (including almost a $4 charge and the discount I gave you) to ship the order to you. I feel it wasn't appropriated. No gratitude.....
