sanders2388 @personallypickd yes I really am. I’m just having a horrible experience trying to get the last purchase of the cup resolved. So I guess I’m just hesitant, which is sad. I’ve provided pictures of the broken cup and for some reason nothing is happening even tho I got on the issue immediately. I think It was packaged poorly with such thin layered bubble wrap and too big of box. My apologies I haven’t thrown out an offer to you.

personallypickd @sanders2388 I don’t blame you for being hesitant. If it helps ease your mind we wrap with 3 layers of regular bubble wrap and then wrap again with 3 layers of cushion wrap. We put layers of cushion wrap on bottom and top of item in the box and surround the item with air pillows to prevent movement in the box.
