bagaholic101 hi Samantha, thank you so much for buying the Roots large black leather tote. I just noticed that there are some damage done to the bag while it's been in storage. 1clickdiva Hi I noticed when packing the bag the pully tag on the inside zipper that opens the pocket is missing- very odd as its a new bag- it may have fallen off in my closet- if I find it I will send it to you- in the interim the zipper works fine without it- its a beautiful bag- I am sure you will love it!
