samanthanico451 I asked if they can deliver them again and then I had ended up getting really sick for a couple days with my whole iPhone going to race so now I don’t remember any of my login information for that account

retirementready @samanthanico451 I don't completely understand your question. I get that you had two accounts, ordered from two people, but never got your order? Did Poshmark charge you for the order? Did you reach out to Poshmark support? .

samanthanico451 @retirementready yes IM sorry I had to make another account I can’t remember what the email was for the account and yes they charged me For both orders and the post office said they thought my house was vacant so they sent back to sender and now I can’t reach either sender cause just my luck I can’t get in that account so I was just wondering if u knew what I could do or I’m gonna be screwed pretty much unless I figure out the info for that account right?!?

retirementready @samanthanico451 I would do 2 things: 1) I would contact posh support and advise you were charged for items you did not receive. You will have to tell them your closet name ( ie: @samantha...) 2) Also contact the seller. 3) To avoid this problem in the future, I would download the app and set up your account. As long as you know your user/closet name, posh support should be able to find you.

retirementready You can also dispute the charge with your credit card company. Tell them u were charged for items not received.
