marilybuck Hello! FYI I wanted to let you know the yellow Hightop shoes I ordered and which you shipped promptly appear to be lost somewhere in a Washington DC distribution center. I know this is not your fault. I am waiting a few more days and continue to try to track them hoping they will come but didn't want you to think I had received them and had not communicated that to you. Have a nice weekend. Who knows? Maybe they'll come tomorrow.

marilybuck Hi!The yellowVans finally came & I accepted. NOT YOUR FAULT but en route, something happened. Arrived later than expected, lost at a PO for weeks, 1/3 of box had been crushed and soaked up an oily?liquid. PO had reboxed but Vans arrived moist.All have a strong smell like an antibacterial or bug spray. Now sitting in sun hoping to lose the smell.Did you treat them before you mailed them?If so,what was used? Would appreciate any thoughts you might have about this mystery.Thank you!
