@tadpolesresale hi the dress is not a NWOT dress. It has a ripe in the dress on the shoulder and on the bottom hem. I am not returning the dress or saying that I will not pay. I am just upset because my daughter has to wear this dress for my sisters wedding next weekend and I will have to pay to get it repaired.

Hi - the dress will have to be returned in order to receive a refund. It was not ripped or in any other way damaged when I sent it.

Posh makes the determination and unless they refund you out of their own pocket, the dress will have to be returned because they don't do partial refunds that I know of.
