samis10 @naylors5 It’s alright it happens! I just opened the package right before seeing your comment lol. I’ll be sure to send them back out as soon as Poshmark sends the label. I do want to let you know that box the jacket is in is pretty smashed up on one end, there aren’t any holes or anything but just in case the other buyer says anything, that was how I received it and I did not cause the damage.

samis10 @naylors5 It’s okay! I had an incident before where this happened, and the buyer of the item I incorrectly received accused me of being responsible for their item arriving damaged after I sent it back to them, so I just want to fully disclose all the details so that doesn’t happen again!

samis10 @dada365_341 I liked your item and was genuinely interested in buying the shoes for my sister, which is why I asked questions to ensure why the photos did not entirely seem to match the description. My intent was not to slam your listing at all! That is why I asked questions, I did not just comment “wow these are ugly” or something. There is a big difference between the two.

As a buyer on this app, I like to feel confident in my purchases, and asking questions about the item is a great way to confirm that can feel confident that I will get what I am expecting when I am interested in an item. My sister would really prefer a “new” looking pair of the Vans you had posted, so when I saw yours described as new, I truly wanted to confirm if they WERE new, as claimed.

samis10 @dada365_341 If a buyer asked me where a stain or mark on a shoe came from, especially one not mentioned in my item description, would happily try to give them an answer so that they could feel confident with their purchase. If they commented “These shoes are gross and have stains!”, that would certainly be a different story! And that is NOT what I did on your listing. I am sorry that you just lost a potential buyer in me.

daylight_closet Just trying to understand why someone who liked an item from another seller's closet would decline an offer. I usually ignore or unlike the item, anything else seems unnecessary. Please don't take it personally, just wondering if it's a new trend or something, considering that offers to likers is a Poshmark tool.

Likers decline my offers to likers relatively often, I didn’t think it was uncommon! I apologize if this was in any way rude, I didn’t mean to cause any hard feelings. When likers decline my offers, I come back with a higher discount and a lot of times they accept 😊 I thought it’s a way of communicating still having interest in the item but want to see how low the seller will go!
