sciulla Hello, I hope you love your new converse! I'm curious if something happened to them while shipping. The rating said needs improvement on cleanliness but they were brand new when I shipped. I'm newer to Poshmark so am just wondering if I should use different packaging. I hope they weren't damaged! 😔 Thanks so much for your feedback 💕
