@katina226 no I plan on keeping them I just wanted further clarification on if they were used as testers or not because there is residue on the top of each one that had a broken seal where someone scrapped the color off the wand to use it as a tester or something else.
Thank you for clarifying that they weren’t actually used on anyone’s face or eyes.
