kerri7764 @sammyash if you look at the bottom of your screen in the Lowe right hand corner, you’ll see what looks like a little ID with your closet name. (If you don’t see it, hit the back arrow until you do) scroll to the top where you’ll see “Your Guide to Poshmark” click on that & it will bring up lots of topics & tips to help you. sammyash @kerri7764 i have a question about the shipping. Let’s say I sold a pair of shoes. It’s going to cost more than $6.79 for shipping. How does that work? Input would be appreciated.

kerri7764 @sammyash Do the shoes weigh more than 5 pounds? If it’s less, you’re okay, just print out the shipping label, package it up, tape the label on & send it on it’s way. If it weighs more than 5 pounds, you’ll find the instructions by again tapping the little closet ID in the lower right hand corner. Scroll to the top & tap on “Your Guide to Poshmark”. Scroll down to “How Do I Upgrade My Shipping Label?”
