ladestiny29 Thank you for reaching out to us. All standard shipping labels support a package up to 5 lbs. If your package is greater than 5 lbs, you will need to generate a new shipping label which you can do directly from the app under Need New Shipping Label. Any extra costs will be automatically deducted from your earnings/credits.

ladestiny29 @sammynjo0309 Due to their policy of labels up to 10lbs and needing additional labels for additional packages, I had to be cancelled in order to generate new shipping labels. No worries. As you may have noticed, I have made all your items not available for sale to hold for you.

ladestiny29 @sammynjo0309 From Poshmark's response, the cancellation needed to be done because the whole order was over 10lbs. In order to ship in different boxes, each order needs it's own shipping label. If I didn't cancel, the system will not generate additional shipping labels for the additional packages. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but....

ladestiny29 @sammynjo0309 the cancellation was a must. Without it, I could never proceed with sending order even in multiple boxes. This is a first for me and didn't expect that is how to be handled.

ladestiny29 The time it takes to get the refund in your card is out of my hands. I suggest you reach put to Poshmark and ask them because of the inconvenience if they can make exception and refund faster than time given to you.
