eaf0000 I heard back from Poshmark support: "Thanks for your email. At Poshmark, we understand that mistakes happen. We would be happy to clarify! Since the case has been approved, we suggest not sending the correct item until you receive the wrong item back. Once you receive the wrong item back and the case has been closed, feel free to create a new listing for the buyer to purchase so you can ship out the correct item to the buyer, if they wish to continue the sale."
