telitabobita ok ...It says problems or order issues...click on that.A box will open.. Tell them what you feel happened( not authenticate,not as promised). You have to enclose pictures of what you have and then pics if what you got... Then they will decide whether to investigate the seller. If it is a you say,they will return your money once the seller recieved the order back.They will send you a mailing label..box it up ,send it off ....

telitabobita did you go ahead and file a complaint? You must do it right away if you are going too... on day three the funds are released. and you have no case...
