bruchpp Hi first time on poshmark and not sure how to ask a question about an item you have for sale. Thought perhaps I might be able to do it this way? shoeman1119 @bu11ie123 I don't know if you saw my other messages, but BRAVO, achieving a body like that is not an easy thing to do. it takes hard work, a disciplined diet, and serious commitment. it's so hard to get into that good if condition, that when you finally do, you're ready to take a break, but if you do it sets you back.

shoeman1119 @bu11ie123 in 2016 I was able to get in such good condition, that I swear, I could have been on the cover of men's fitness, but it's just hard to keep to that level of commitment, and I got a hernia, so I couldn't exercise if I wanted to. I'm having surgery to fix it next month.....

shoeman1119 @bulldogs95 sometimes, but not when the price of whatever, is $10 or less, especially when it's only $8...... if I am not making at the very least $5 after fees, I won't bother selling anything, and after fees on an $8 sale, I get $5.
