I have looked through my inventory and I unfortunately don’t have any millers in your size. I have a coral pair that I will be listing soon that is patent but it has some scuffs on the front of one shoe so it’s no where near an even swap. What would you like done to make it equitable? Is there anything else in that range that you like in my closet. I’m willing to work with you but I need a direction to approach it.

Ok, so I emailed them last night explaining the situation and asked if they could facilitate me refunding a portion to you and I got a very nicely worded no. They did say you could reach out to them yourself, im not sure how that will change things but without their assistance, the best I can offer is a credit. I encourage you to reach out to them too, to see if we can get a different answer.

@lordjoy73 I got their response just as you say, they’re not willing to help, but they will add $60 as credit (which I don’t want to use... this was my first time ever purchasing used product and didn’t go well, so not willing to do second purchase ever). Lesson learned.
