I just purchased your Dorian clogs at the reduced price along with the reduced shipping. (3.99). Unfortunately, my total charges show the 6.49 shipping charges. I will withdrawal my order if this can't be made right....Poshmark shouldn't offer this if it isn't a true offer...thanks for your reduced offer, no problem with you...

If they can't change the shipping I would be willing to drop the price down to $70 to make up for it. I'm pretty new to Poshmark this is only my second sale so I'm not really sure how it all works.

If Poshmark is unable to change the shipping I would be willing to drop the price if the shoes to $70. This would help negate the higher shipping if that's cool with u?

@sandeegall I have left a complaint with Poshmark, but got the typical "high volume" of requests for communication...I do not expect you to take the hit for their problem. There is an hour limit on that reduced shipping offer and maybe I didn't make it under the 60 min. Time limit...you can't tell an exact time on the notification messages.

@sandeegall let's just let it lay. Poshmark really usually does things pretty well, so we'll give them the benefit this time. Maybe they will do the right thing and get back with me later. Again, not your fault. Have a good weekend!! I will look forward to enjoying these shoes. I have them in navy and have worn the soles off of them.

@sandeegall I did hear back from them and they adjusted the shipping for me. Their explanation for not immediately crediting me was that the posting had to reduce the original price of the item by 10% or more in order to qualify for the $3.99 shipping. Your reduction was 10%...and it was their posting that advertised the reduced shipping. Oh well, all ended well.
Take your time shipping the shoes. (I am away from home) Thanks again for your willingness to make this all work.

Hello it's Billie ginn and just wanted you to know I did ship the shoes to you today, for some weird reason it says pending hosp being scanned? She scanned and taped it up and everything at the post office. Just don't know how to make it change, from saying pending. Help lol.
