avasinatra Hi! You recently bought a Josie Maran product from me. I had sent it out on Saturday, but haven't been able to track it. I was just messaged by a wonderful lady that received it somehow. I messaged the support center and waiting on a response how to correct the situation ASAP. I'm extremely sorry. This has never happened before and I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.
