Hi Sandi, I didn't realize the shoes were that bad, they have been in storage for a while. If you don't feel you can wear them, why release the money? I have no problem refunding your money. But to release the money then leave bad feedback doesn't even give me a chance to make things right! I don't know how to cancel the order...I have sent an email to Posh to ask how.
