Hi Sandra, thank you for taking time to rate. I am curious though as the rating does not match the comments. You checked off four items that need improvement: shipping, packaging, cleanliness and description. Was this a mistake? The shoes were new, sent in a shoe box plus individually wrapped etc. my shipping average is same day. I strive for presenting items exactly as described and thus, am surprised.
