Hello, I see you’re newer to Poshmark, but I strive to maintain a 5* rating and see you just rated a bundle I sold you at significant discount nearly 3 weeks ago 4* for item description. I included full descriptions and even included measurement & had no idea you had any issues with the order since you never opened a claim or accepted order.
What specifically could I have done better to improve your experience ?
