I am sorry you aren't happy or that you didn't notice from the pictures that some of the tread in the tweed like material was sparkling. Posh doesn't have returns so I am unsure what you would like me to do at this point. I always do my best at listing and describing and have a 5 star rating.

txbluebonnet I'll get used to the tweed; it just wasn't what I expected. Please know I'm sure you did your best! Perhaps my feedback was too harsh! The shoes are in wonderful condition otherwise!The missing "jewel" is the first one in the second row of the right toe. I just magnified the listing photo to the max, which I believe shows it missing, but with the tweed background it doesn't stand out, which is why I didn't see it. I'll try to find a replacement to fit the prong.

txbluebonnet I'm sure it isn't easy being a seller! I'm sure mistakes are easy to make, especially in this case when I didn't notice the missing "jewel" in the listing photo or the first couple times I looked at the shoes. txbluebonnet I was able to change the star rating.:-) I apologize for overreacting to the sparkle & missing stone; just disappointed neither was was listed in the description. The flats will probably be just what I need in the future, even though initially were not what I expected.I'm hopeful I'll find a replacement stone which will fit the prong & come close to matching the others.The shoes really are in excellent condition apart from the missing bead/stone. I appreciate your graciousness!

txbluebonnet @bettymuniz I can wear the SE Rae in 8.5, as I have narrow pointed feet; heels are narrow too. The Rae also has a cushioned footbed. My quandary is ~ will the Raddie fit? I checked Nordstrom's and they no longer have a Raddie to try on in the store (nor is available online).

I know returns aren't normally allowed, unless an item is not as described, etc. but would you permit a return in this case IF they don't fit and IF I paid return shipping? Do you have any other suggestions? Since my SE Rae flats fit, I can't imagine I'd need a 9 in your shoe. It's a question as to whether the Raddie is as comfortable. I'm sure you see my dilemma.

Perhaps I can determine the size better is you measure the length and width of the sole, as well as the footbed. Is this agreeable with you? Would you also please move the back of your hand around the entire inside of the shoe & edges, to see if it feels soft and pliable? (The Felicia shoe is a buttery soft leather.)

txbluebonnet I have sensitive feet, which don't respond well to stiff shoes or hard edges. Does this help? You're so very kind to be willing to go above and beyond to help me! If I'd ordered them from Nordstrom's, where I have an account, I could have returned them if they didn't fit, and in retrospect I wish I had so I could be certain about yours. I wouldn't even bother with all this if I didn't love the shoe so much, and you weren't so exceptionally kind to offer your help. I'm very grateful!

On my end, it shows the payment has been made and the necklace is awaiting shipment. Each month I fully make payment for the charges on my Visa account , which was last made on July 21, 2018. Interestingly, this recently happened to a friend of mine this month on a different site, for unknown reasons. Would it help if I contact my Visa company?

Poshmark lists the Extra long necklace as sold in my closet, but the item doesn’t show up as part of your Kaleidoscope bundle. Did you bundle the two, or purchase individually? That would be good to know too so I can tell them what to look for. And please confirm that you were charged for both pieces...I show funds for just the one necklace(Kaleidoscope)
