webonaccimd @_sandra_kay Hi Sandra, thanks for your offer but before anything else, i would like to bring to your notice that i tried cleaning/washing the backpack and as a result some kinda brown stains which i believe were from the golden studs appeared on the backpack after it got dried. You can zoom in on the 1st photo to see what i am tryna say.
