I'm so sorry for the continued delay on your Christmas bowl. I have numerous shipments delayed nation wide. I go to the PO daily and beg for help. They are destroying mom and pop sellers this year and ruining our customers holidays. I understand by time it arrives you may not want it. I will accept a return. I am truly sorry for this mess.

Sandra, I’m so sorry that you received the incorrect item! I realized it the same day I sent it, so I sent a message to Poshmark letting them know. Their reply back was that they would send you a message to refuse the package, and told me to await further Instructions. I’ve contacted them again, they replied saying they were sending a return label for the dress. I’ve never had this happen before and will send out the gown as soon as they instruct me to do so.

@divineandposh it is ok. We all make mistakes, that is part of life. I just want the one I ordered. i love it, I have lost lots of weight and I do not have many night gowns or clothes. I gained a lot several years back due to my knee blowing out, I am just now getting it off. if you could send that one I would appreciate it. If they refunded my money I will pay you, no problem.

@dgtewlot Hi Sandy, was just checking on the status of the return of the dress. Poshmark says they sent you a return label, and we have to follow their process in order for the shipping to be covered, so I can’t send you the gown until they see that I’ve received the dress back, then they will issue me a new shipping label.

@divineandposh .... I'll try to send it out today. My 86 yr old mother in law had a massive stroke and my 86 yr old father in law has dementia. I'm the only daughter in law and care giver. I'm going crazy... I apologize but I'm doing the best I can.
