I see it now. I did initiate a return. Hopefully they will send me a label and I will ship back asap. I have been away and just got back today. Therefore had not seen your messages. @gforough phew! Ok, thank you! No worries. I was so confused as to why you weren’t responding. I recognized it as soon as k mailed it bc they are the same brand and I just wasn’t thinking and in too much of a rush. It happened to me as a buyer and it works out fine. I promise to do a quick ship of the original item.

@gforough I reached out over the weekend and this is what they said, “In order to further assist, we kindly ask that you have the buyer reach out to us directly. They will need to file a formal return case and submit photos/descriptions of their received item. Rest assured that we have a process in place to assist them.” I just sent another email. Please let me know if you’re still having trouble.
