aimfromhome @masontoops Hi. I finally got a response from Support. They said, "the buyer did not write us regarding the order so we are not able to initiate a return if the buyer did not request one to us". If you go into Your Purchases, then click on the order, then click on Problems/Inquiry, then Posh Support you should be able to send them a message that you'd like to return. They should approve it since I wrote them requesting it be approved.
