Hi I posted pics of two mannequin heads, one has permanent markings on the head (where the wig goes) but has a Velcro piece that will will keep the wig on. The other is close to flawless but has no Velcro on the head. The Velcro came off and can be replaced. I want to send in a timely manner and don’t have the time to fix right now
