rastmann Regarding the coach purse. It is authentic as I personally purchased it myself directly at a coach store. It is new without the tag. It might be dusty as it was hanging up on the wall (like all my purses) for about 5 years. It is the same one in the pictures. I wanted to get it mailed quickly so I did not have time to dust it, my car was going into shop and shipping would have been delayed.

sheswitches @rastmann im trying to understand why you would say that the bag is new. You've had it for 5 years. I along with others read "new" and think its was recently purchased. not the same bag, unless you cut the tag out of it or used different pictures because in one of the pictures you posted there is a tag and the bag you sent me does not. I did not write those comments to be mean I wrote them because they are true.

rastmann @sheswitches it sounds to me that you do not like the bag. I can see you had problems with another person as well. The pictures are the same purse you have now. The purse has never been used so it is new. If you do like the purse please request a refund and mail it back.

sheswitches @rastmann I am unable to request a refund because I've already accepted it and seeing that it took forever getting to me and not interested in returning the bag and waiting forever for a refund. And yes I have had issues with other sellers, Poshmark is supposed to be a reputable company however there are just as many fake products with misleading descriptions being sold here. I understand you dnt like the negative comments however its the truth.

sheswitches @rastmann would you like for me to send you pictures of the dust thats on the bag, and pics of the inside of the bag where there is no tag like i mentioned? The only thing remotely close to being false is me saying that the bag "may not" be real. And you and I both know that anything that's 5 years old is not new. Your words were NEW without tags. Which is untrue, so who's really posting false info? But we'll let Posh decide, I have no problem with that at all.

rastmann @sheswitches No Thank you, I know what is true. You should have not accepted with 4 stars and then days later write to me and updated to 1 star. Please do not respond until I hear from Posh as I do not need any information from you right now. Going forward I STRONGLY suggest you should not accept anything with 4 stars and then later downgrade to 1 and complain and put false information. Thank you

rastmann @sheswitches the word “years” was a typo. It should have been “months”. I am on a lot of pain medication as I broke my hand in many places today trying to break up a dog fight. Regardless I know you are not happy. It is very obvious.

sheswitches @rastmann. Yes so that you and I can be done with this conversation. My problem is that you did not accurately describe the bag and said that in my post. So how do we get this done? Posh takes forever to solve issues like these and shipping takes forever. I don't want to wait a month to get $23 back, so unless you have some other option, ill keep the bag.

rastmann @sheswitches hello, since I am buying it back you would not have to wait weeks. As soon as I receive it I would accept and you would get the funds. I would be paying you, just like a normal sale. As the USPS has resolved their backlog due to COVID, shipping is back to normal.

rastmann @sheswitches really!!!! After all that complaining, dislike, accusations, 4 star rating, then 1 star rating. I took time to reach out to Posh, offered for you to post it for a couple dollars more (gas money to post office), you agreed and posted it, I purchased the purse back from you, for you to cancel the order 2 days later (Holding $41 from me) reason (seller changed mind) to tell me “that’s okay I’ll keep it” Why??? WOW, God bless you and the next person.

Because if ANYONE buys anything from me that I didn't describe accurately or missed including in my post, I would cancel the sale and learn from my mistakes ( like I've done in the past) But seeing that you seem to be clueless still, let me help you: 1.
