heel2sole @sandrasaldna pump you purchased for $8. I'm sorry that it didn't fit you but I don't understand and refuse to accept your bad rating. I labeled and described the item, including the size, properly and it's not my fault that it didn't fit you. Since you're new to Poshmark, I suggest you take time to read through etiquette and policies so you know what to expect when you buy or sell. It's not right or fair to me that you rated it so low as that was not something I could've foreseen.

heel2sole @sandrasaldna The size was labeled correctly but since everyone's feet are different, that could've caused your fitting issue. I honestly don't deserve your bad/low rating. I take poshing seriously and the areas of improvement are important to me if/when valid but your claim is simply not.

heel2sole @sandrasaldna Majority of my ratings are 5-stars and I even have repeat buyers. That says a lot about my etiquette. This is my only 1-star which I honestly do not deserve!!!! I hope you understand how I feel and where I'm coming from. YOU SIMPLY DO NOT GIVE A BAD RATING BECAUSE IT DOESN'T FIT! Re-posh/re-list it!
