pambrent I have never had a problem with my Cole Haan shoes either. If you would like to pay for shipping I have a nice pair of black ones that I can send you. I can take a pic of them and put on my site- not for sell. I am not sure what happen. I only wore once. They were too tight. I have some black ones that are too tight also.
