emilykubek Hi Sandra. So sorry there was a misunderstanding. These items were purchased in a kit. There were no boxes. Also you didn’t purchase all items. If you review messages you asked for color shampoo and color conditioner. I threw in all the others and confirmed that was okay to replace the color conditioner. I also promised when I find the color conditioner, I will send that to you on my dime. I strive for happy customers and 5Star ratings. Is there something else I can do to make this right?
