ppamprrd @leahmccainsale when you edit your listing, at the very bottom of your item, you can toggle as not for sale. I have a mentor listing, where you can post questions, so that all Poshers can benefit from the answers. I will tag you on it😉

leahmccainsale @ppamprrd help!!! I sold a brand new pair of Jordans. The guy open a claim saying they were not new and sent in pictures. I never got to respond to his complaint and approved his findings. Well he wore my shoes then must have sent in pictures. I made sure to video tape myself opening the shoes so he cant say I did it. I open a case and sent in pictures what else can I do?

ppamprrd @leahmccainsale I am so sorry that that happened to you. You must contact Poshmark support right away and upload all of the pictures of you packing the shoes and the receipt as new and support your case with as much information as you possibly can. Unfortunately they do tend to side with the buyer, and you have to be very careful about who you are selling too.

ppamprrd @leahmccainsale you will need to create a digital file (like mp4) of your video or you can upload file to a place like drop box and send them a link to watch it...almost like a utube video. Also, scan the receipt electronically or take a picture of it and email the jpeg file to Posh. I know it's a pain, but it must all be electronic.

ppamprrd @leahmccainsale also in future, b4 you accept offer review who buyer is, how long on Posh, do they buy and leave love notes etc...go with your gut. If they buy outright, you have 3 hours to cancel any sale.

ppamprrd @leahmccainsale if you dispute and lose, tell them , at a minimum, that you should get your money and the guy can keep the shoes. They will give him a refund too. These scammers make out like bandits.

leahmccainsale @ppamprrd he got the shoes wore them then open a claim for them saying they were not new. Sent them pictures then they say he can send them back to me. I still have my original post up you can see how clean and new they were. I have my receipt but I purchased them 2 years ago when they came out. Just never wore them so I sold them. This make me sick to my stomach😩😩😩😩

ppamprrd @leahmccainsale I know. I am sorry. I recommend joining a bunch of Poshmark Facebook Groups. There are tons of stories on there about how Posher go about protecting themselves when a case is opened. One this that I do is to take a picture with shipping label so that you can prove condition as of sale date.
