melinda_gordan @sandz1111 hi Sandra! Thanks for purchasing the tunic today. It will go out tomorrow morning. Just a heads up: it is a heavy cotton fabric and as I've had it folded for a bit, the pocket tops got a little wrinkled. A light steam will straighten it right out!

melinda_gordan @sandz1111 I spoke with post office people in Sarasota, Bensalem PA and Carlisle. Your Carlisle guy is being really terrific and has also been in touch with the Florida people. I am waiting for a call back now from USPS. The latest notification said that it is in transit to the final destination, but it doesn't say what that is. I will write you back as soon as they call me. From now on, I think I will just drive things to you - it's a 2-3 hour drive!! I am so, so sorry about this.

melinda_gordan @sandz1111 the saga continues. The package was delivered to my house just now, with a bunch of stickers on it (forwarding and such). I am going to try to reprint a mailing label and take it to a pack and ship place within the hour where I know the owner and I am sure that he will do it correctly. I have never dealt with such incompetence and I can't apologize enough.
